A review of district calendars, event notices and correction leaves finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the civic calendar table at Vesperhold Hall. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: one district begins its civic day at the late bell.

The district calendars, event notices and correction leaves lists 24 public events with a date in both local and city formats; the previous window lists 28. Lucien Vale checked both against the original record checked against the date it was amended and used. The source was checked against a second copy held by Lucien Vale. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The central office uses one day boundary. District organizers say their local boundary is part of the event record. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how a shared calendar prevents residents from arriving a day early or late.

Asite visit checks the service during the hours residents use it. The Year first, late winter window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The calendar board will show both date forms for the next public season.
