A review of room calendar, interpreter requests and closure cards finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the quiet room at Vesperhold Health House. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the interpreter rota is filed after the room calendar is printed.
The room calendar, interpreter requests and closure cards lists 24 open periods with an interpreter available when requested; the previous window lists 19. Lucien Vale checked both against the original record checked against the date it was amended and used. The source was checked against a second copy held by Mira Noct. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The desk can schedule a room without an interpreter. Residents ask for one calendar that shows both. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how residents can arrange a visit when the interpreter time is posted later.
Residents and workers submit accounts before the hearing closes. The Year fourth, long dusk window 2 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The house will publish the interpreter rota before its next room calendar.
