A review of regional calendars, meeting notices and the public correction book finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the joint notice room at East Arch. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the towns change their day marker at different public bells.
The regional calendars, meeting notices and the public correction book lists 68 shared events listed in both towns’ calendar format; the previous window lists 69. Adrian Veil checked both against dated handoffs followed from dispatch to the last public stop. The source was checked against a second copy held by Sera Voss. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The joint room prints one date. Local clerks ask that the town-specific day marker remain visible. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how residents avoid missing a joint hearing when the two calendars change at different hours.
Residents and workers submit accounts before the hearing closes. The Year third, fog season window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The notice room will show both local dates on the next joint hearing card.
