A review of room bookings, cleaning checks and resident requests finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the shared rest room at North Hall Clinic. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: a cleaning block is posted after the last room booking rather than before it.

The room bookings, cleaning checks and resident requests lists 17 rest intervals with a confirmed room and attendant; the previous window lists 15. Lucien Vale checked both against the original record checked against the date it was amended and used. The source was checked against a second copy held by Iria Venn. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The clinic posts room availability. Residents ask for a separate cleaning interval so they know when the room is ready. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how a resident can plan a rest interval when cleaning time moves.

Alimited schedule trial begins with a public end date. The Year fourth, late winter window 1 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The room board will show booking and cleaning hours in separate columns.
