The west platform will hold one eastbound connection for residents leaving the North Hall clinic during a six-week trial. The change follows a comparison of the clinic transfer bell with the last-car dispatch log.
Transit counted each car arrival as a completed route. Clinic staff showed the board that some passengers reached the platform after the connecting stair had closed. The two measures described different parts of the same trip.
The new board will record arrival and connection times separately. Transit will also post the date when the trial ends so residents can see when the timetable is reviewed.
The final report will compare completed connections with extra wait time for the crew. The board has not made the later departure permanent.
The transit board closed this docket by retaining the later connection for the next timetable window. A new file will measure completed transfers under that schedule.
